This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, store, use, and disclose when you interact with our website and open-source applications (Services). Your use of our Services signifies your consent to the data practices as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use

Free Cattle and its services may collect personal data such as your name, email address, and location details among others. This data may be collected directly from you or through third-party tools we utilize. Please note that not all of our Services collect this information. The personal data collected is used to enhance user experience, provide personalized content, and improve our services.

Third-Party Services

Our services might use third-party tools that can collect, use, and store your data. As we have no control over these third-party services, we recommend you review their respective privacy policies.

We, along with potential third-party services, use cookies, beacons, and similar technologies to collect, store, and enhance user experience, provide personalized content, and to improve their services. You can control your cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling certain elements can affect the functionality of our Services.

Data Protection

We use a variety of security measures to protect your information, including data encryption and advanced access controls. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, as no electronic transmission or storage method is completely infallible.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred, stored, or processed in other countries when you use our Services. Such use indicates your consent to the transfer of your information to countries where data protection and privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your own country.

User Eligibility

Our Services are intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from those under this age. If we discover that we hold personal data from an individual under 18, we will aim to delete it.

User-generated Content

Only certain user-generated content is stored in Arweave's decentralized storage network, subject to Arweave's policies. User-generated data might also be used in other services we offer, and not all of our services provide the ability to upload such content.

Blockchain Metadata

All payments, including upload fees and minting fees, are processed via the Polygon blockchain. As part of these transactions, metadata associated with these transactions is stored permanently on the Polygon blockchain. By using our Services, you acknowledge this data practice and accept the inherent privacy implications.

Due to the public and permanent nature of blockchain data, we advise users to be cautious about the personal information they choose to include within transactions, as this will be public and permanent. Please note that the blockchain's decentralized nature means data cannot be altered or deleted once posted.
