  • This Privacy Policy outlines how Free Cattle, Inc. ("Free Cattle", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Polyupload, RealtimeDraw, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
  • This policy applies only to instances operated by Free Cattle. Self-hosted or third-party instances are subject to their operator's privacy practices.

2. Information Collection and Use

  • Our Services do not require account creation or personal information such as name, email address, or password.
  • We collect minimal technical data to provide and improve our Services and for security purposes.

3. Server Logs

  • Our servers automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and abuse prevention.
  • We do not use this data for tracking or profiling.

4. Decentralized Data (Polyupload)

  • Your wallet address facilitates blockchain transactions and may appear on public blockchains. Files and metadata are stored permanently on Arweave's decentralized network.
  • If you use encrypted uploads, encryption happens in your browser before data leaves your device. Because data on Arweave is permanent, if your encryption keys are ever compromised, that data could become accessible. Avoid uploading highly confidential information, even when using encryption.

5. Collaboration Data (RealtimeDraw)

  • Drawing data is stored on our servers and deleted when you clear the canvas. Unused rooms may be cleared periodically. We do not maintain backups of room data.
  • A random anonymous identifier is generated in your browser for collaboration. It is not linked to any personal information.
  • If you use an encryption key, all drawing data is encrypted in your browser before transmission. Free Cattle never has access to your encryption keys or unencrypted content when encryption is enabled.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

  • Our Services may use cookies and similar technologies to store certain information.
  • These technologies are used for maintaining the quality of the Services and storing user preferences.

7. Sharing of Data

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification information to others.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our Services use third-party infrastructure, public blockchain and storage networks, wallet connection services, and cloud providers that may collect data as part of normal operations. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

9. Security

  • The security of your personal information is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Compliance With Laws

  • We will disclose your personal information where required to do so by law or subpoena.

11. Your Rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
  • Data on Arweave and Polygon cannot be deleted by us. Contact those networks directly.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
